Accor’s Hotel Pullman Dubai Deira City Centre and Residence located at the heart of Dubai selected MCOM HOTstream hospitality Smart TV and IPTV solution.
Under the scope of the renovation and upgrade project Hotel Pullman Dubai Deira City Centre selected MCOM HOTstream solution (www.hotstream.eu) to provide a new experience for in-room entertainment and TV channel viewing. HOTstream Smart TV solution makes full use of the newly acquired Hotel Smart LED TVs allowing the hotel to offer up to HD TV quality without needing to install set-top boxes inside the guest rooms and residencies. In parallel, Hotel Pullman Dubai Deira City Centre fully upgrades the TV signal quality by substituting the existing analog distribution with the latest IPTV technology offered by MCOM HOTstream.
Additionally, HOTstream TV user interface will have a dedicated menu presenting Deira City Centre Mall which complements the unique advertisement area that HOTstream reserves on every TV screen for advertising and promoting continuously the Mall’s and hotel’s special offers directly to the guests.
More importantly, both the hotel and the residencies are served by only one HOTstream system which is designed to allow Hotel Pullman Dubai Deira City Centre to provide a totally different portfolio of guest services to residencies compared to the services offered towards the hotel guests.
As Mr. Ahmed Al Kiki, Director of engineering explains ” We were looking for a known solution to upgrade guest in-room TV experience which at the same time will respect the different profile of the guests selecting our residencies, compared to our hotel guests.
