MCOMS during COVID-19

MCOMS statement on COVID-19 crisis

April 3 2020,

The COVID-19 outbreak has drastically hit the hospitality, transportation and sports events industries globally.  Through these unprecedented times, MCOMS has taken all preventive measures to ensure the health and safety of our employees, their families, and our customers, following the guidance of the authorities in each of the regions in which we operate.

We have implemented remote work policies, limited travel for all MCOMS team members, and we are in constant communication with all our customers, vendors and partners. MCOMS team continues to work hard to offer a seamless customer support service, to complete all on-going installations, and adapt to the new conditions.

In addition MCOMS has proposed a specific relief plan for Hotels that have been shut down due to quarantine or federal, state or local government regulations and orders, acknowledging the difficult times we are all experiencing and supporting our customers through these. For more information please contact us at sales@mcoms.com or e-mail directly your account manager.

Finally we would like to take a moment and salute The Wythe hotel for doing their part in the battle with Corona virus, by offering free of charge their rooms to the State of New York. MCOMS supports initiatives like that and has agreed to waive all HOTstream services related fees for the Wythe during these critical months.

We are open for business and ready to support you and work through this together.

Yours sincerely,

Costas Sakellariou

CEO MCOMS
