The exclusive Acqualina Resort and Spa on the Beach (http://www.acqualinaresort.com/), has installed MCOMS leading guest communications platform in all of its 98 guest rooms and suites, replacing the existing IPTV solution. MCOMS through HOTstream 6.0 will deliver the latest technology solutions to ensure an unrivaled guest experience and best-of-class services.
Acqualina Resort & Spa on the Beach is a luxury seaside haven located on 4.5 beachfront acres in pristine Sunny Isles Beach, featuring 98 impeccably appointed guest rooms and suites and 188 residences with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. MCOMS has already completed the installation of HOTstream 6.0 IPTV and VOD solutions to provide a wide range of HD entertainment content and TV channels, as well as information and hotel services. Guests can have access to services such as room service, wake-up call, view bill, express check-out, news and weather. In addition through integrations with 3rd party hotel systems like PAR Springer Miller’s PMS. MCOMS new guest facing solution, HOTstream 6.0 comes with OMS, an all-encompassing suite of responsive web-based tools for managing content, monitoring usage and system health and configuring system components that will simplify and facilitate the hotel staff in the everyday management of the system.
