MCOMS with a proven record of more than 20 years experience in IPTV, VOD, Mobile, Signage technologies and luxury hospitality services has developed a highly customizable guest facing cruise solution, offering an unrivaled combination of luxury and value.
Crystal has redefined luxury travel over the last 27 years and is the World’s Most Awarded Luxury Cruise Line. Crystal Bach, Chrystal Mahler and Crystal Symphony are the first cruise ships that have already benefited from the MCOMS HOTstream solution. This partnership will be extended to three more vessels in 2018.

Guests can now relax and recharge in their cabins while ordering room service, making requests and reservations for the ship’s facilities, onboard events and activities. Exclusive features of the MCOMS HOTstream TV platform include concierge services, itinerary and weather info, activity schedules, messages, crew and floor plans management, and many more that elevate the experience and guarantee a personalized vacation.
Guests can also indulge in a vast selection of Movies and Music on Demand as well as live Free-to-Guests channels. HOTstream allows the recording of popular programming on Free to Guest channels, making them available through the on demand content. In addition it allows the management and distribution of all onboard live or on demand content, from the live camera feeds to the onboard live events and promotional videos.

MCOMS HOTstream solution is deployed on cabin smart TVs, mirror TVs with set top boxes, public smart monitors and touch screens. In addition MCOMS has integrated with several third party cruise systems, including but not limited to Shipboard Property Management system, Request Management system, Public Announcement and Emergency Systems, Weather and Itinerary Management System, a 3rd party Mobile app and an Onboard Live Camera streaming system upgrading the level of services.
