Crystal Expedition Cruises’ Crystal Endeavor to set sail with MCOMS onboard experience

MCOMS celebrates the latest collaboration with Crystal, aboard Crystal Endeavor, Crystal Expedition Cruises\’ first expedition ship, set to debut this July.
With a proven record of more than 20 years of experience in IPTV, VOD, Mobile, Signage technologies, and luxury hospitality services, MCOMS was trusted by Crystal to implement its innovative HOTstream Cruise platform, a highly customizable digital platform for content and connectivity throughout the sailing experience.
With the HOTstream Cruise platform integrated through Crystal Endeavor’s 100 guest suites, travelers will have access to concierge services, live and on-demand entertainment, and a plethora of information via flat-screen HD TVs.
Guests can relax and recharge in their suites while ordering room service and making requests and reservations for the ship\’s facilities, onboard events, and shore excursions. Features also include access to a variety of information including onboard folios, enrichment presentations from guest experts, destination info, and daily restaurant menus. HOTstream Cruise also offers a vast library of blockbuster films, entertainment, and music on demand, as well as live views from the ship.
HOTstream Cruise solution enables cruise lines to provide guests with interactive services creating opportunities to communicate directly with guests, market their offerings, and come with an easy-to-use OMS web-based management tool. MCOMS also designed a unique feature that transforms suites’ and staterooms’ HD TVs into a gallery of beautiful rotating pictures when idle, further elevating the onboard experience.

The collaboration between MCOMS and Crystal started in 2017 with the launches of Crystal River Cruises’ new-build ships Crystal Bach and Crystal Mahler and the dramatic renovation of Crystal Cruises’ Crystal Symphony. It continued in 2018 when sister river ships Crystal Ravel and Crystal Debussy debuted and Crystal Serenity completed her redesign and in 2019, Crystal Mozart.
