The 5-star Royal Rose Hotel in Abu Dhabi (www.royalrosehotel.com), member of the City Seasons Hotel Group (www.cityseasonshotels.com), selected MCOM HOTstream Interactive TV, IPTV and High Speed Internet Access solutions to provide their extensive portfolio of hotel services through the hotel’s in-room TVs.
Royal Rose Hotel equipped their rooms with the latest Hotel Smart LED TV technology providing crystal clear viewing experience for their guests to fully enjoy the HD quality of the available IPTV channels. By using Hotel Smart TVs and HOTstream unique Smart TV technology, Royal Rose managed as well to eliminate the need for set-top boxes and the issue to find appropriate places to hide them out of guests’ sight.
HOTstream Interactive TV user interface is designed to reveal Royal Rose Hotel branding and style, creating a very friendly user interface for all guests. All hotel services, hotel directory, view bill and communication with hotel’s personnel are easily accessible through the HD HOTstream HTML5 interface.
