The luxury Jumeirah Zabeel Saray hotel, a member of the prestigious Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts group has partnered with MCOM to enhance their guest experience with HOTstream premium hospitality technology solution.
Inspired by the imperial palaces of the Ottoman era, Jumeirah Zabeel Saray is a five-star luxury hotel that does everything in superb style. MCOM Media Communications was asked to replace the previous IP system and install a new TV guest entertainment system and FTG services in all 405 rooms and villas. The HOTstream IPTV solution offers an unrivaled range of FTG HD TV channels, including many innovative new features like IPTV provisioning for the public areas to show channels in top quality, a brand new IPTV headend as well as live TV channel viewing on the guest mobile devices using adaptive stream technologies.
The HOTstream IPTV and OTT solutions are paired with a hotel-branded mobile application, with powerful customization capabilities, a valuable promotional and communication tool for the hotel, enabling it to promote its brand and services directly to guests through their own mobile devices.
