MCOM Media Communications (mcoms.com) in collaboration with Newmarket (www.newmarketinc.com) released a new interface with the latest REST-based events API of the Delphi Sales & Catering system. The integration allows the HOTstream system to receive data on events managed by Delphi and display relevant information on HOTstream displays seamlessly.

High-definition displays are placed in key hotel public areas: reception and lobby, conference halls, restaurants, or recreation facilities. The interconnection of the two systems allows HOTstream to have up-to-date information on events, and room scheduling information, advertisements, and information to further enhance the guest experience, avoiding duplicate data entry and automatically updating information even with last-minute changes. Puerto Rico’s Condado Vanderbilt luxury hotel property is one of the first sites already deploying this integration.
